Pare proprio che il suono anni ’80 la faccia da padrone nelle uscite discografiche più recenti; dal rock al pop infatti sono ritornati sintetizzatori, make-up e attitudine più vintage che mai – se di vintage si può parlare – rivisitati in veste meno “frou frou” e più “asciutta”.
Anche i Pet Shop Boys tornano con un album di inediti anticipato da un singolo (Love etc.) che ripesca nel passato.

Il pezzo uscirà in marzo così come l’album, il cui titolo anticipato è “Yes”. Il tutto in attesa febbrile della cerimonia dei Brit Awards, che avrà luogo tra sei giorni e durante la quale i Pet Shop Boys riceveranno un premio alla carriera.
