Owl City è un progetto musicale synth pop statunitense creato da Adam Young nel 2007. Adam Young ha iniziato a fare musica nello scantinato di casa, nella sua città natale Owatonna, in Minnesota, (USA). Dopo aver ottenuto un discreto successo attraverso il suo profilo di MySpace, gli viene offerto un contratto discografico dalla Universal Republic.
