It Used Be So Easy Testo

Overextended, sometimes life is less than what I expected.I'm so confused about which of these pieces I'm supposed to use.
Alone in a voting booth, quietly wishing there was something to live for.
Thinking of ways I can leave my mark,
change the world, or at least my place in it.
It used to be so easy.
