Work è il secondo singolo internazionale ed il quarto della cantante R&B/pop Ciara, estratto dal suo album Fantasy Ride.

La canzone è stata scritta a sei mani da Ciara stessa, Marcella Aracia e Missy Elliot, che ha anche partecipato alla realizzazione canora del singolo, che è stato tra l’altro prodotto da Nate Danja Hills.

Il video ha debuttato il 23 Giugno del 2009 su 4 Music e Channel 4 in Ingilterra. Il 27 Giugno uscirà il singolo nei negozi.
